No, your initial consultation and follow-up appointments are done virtually via phone or video call. Your physician will determine if you need any in-person lab work (either via mail-in kit or local lab) or a referral for in-person care. The majority of our care experience happens remotely.

Yes — your first consultation with our medical team is free of charge. It allows us to review your goals, health history, and determine whether you may qualify for one of our programs. If you and the physician agree to proceed, you’ll receive a detailed care plan and cost estimate before any payment is required. If you’re not eligible or choose not to proceed, there’s no charge.
